Township Trustees Meeting
Minutes
February 14, 2006
The meeting was called to order at 7:05
p.m. after Diana Nazelli was unanimously elected President of the
Trustees. Those present included Trustee Steve Thomas, Trustee Jeff
Homans and Clerk Elizabeth Boles.
MINUTES: The minutes from the last meeting
were read. A motion was made, seconded and unanimously passed to
accept the minutes as read.
TOWN HALL FUND RAISING:
· President Nazelli discussed the three people who are fund
raisers. They are Debbie Smythe Hermann, Casey Henry and Charles
Bentz.
· Compensation for all three is a percentage of the gate.
· The Trustees agreed to meet with all three of the Fund
raisers in one day. Example: 1:00pm – 3:00pm – 5:00
pm. The date will be chosen sometime in March or April, 2006.
TOWN HALL STUDY & RENOVATIONS: No
report.
TOWN HALL MAINTENANCE:
· The plaster on a few walls inside Town Hall needs to be
repaired. Trustee Thomas will talk to Nancy Haag about this.
TOWN HALL RENTALS:
· There has been an inquiry from another exercise class to
rent Town Hall. President Nazelli will ask Ellen Hunt about this
rental.
ZONING ISSUES:
· Trustee Thomas reported he met with Zoning Administrator
Malcolm Donley and Chris Foltz about the Foltz’ driveway.
Mr. Foltz has paid the $50.00 zoning fee for reconstructing his
driveway.
TOWNSHIP SIGNS:
· President Nazelli passed around copies of the Township
Sign proofs from Ken Roby for the Trustees to see. Discussion followed.
BONDS FOR NAZELLI & THOMAS:
· Trustees Nazelli and Thomas signed their bonds which were
witnessed by Trustee Homans and Clerk Boles. Clerk Boles will mail
the bonds into OTARMA.
INVENTORY SHEET 2006:
· Clerk Boles passed around copies of the 2006 Inventory
Sheet for the Trustees to peruse. A copy will be sent to the Cuyahoga
County Engineer’s Office for their files. (see attached also)
The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
