Trustees Meeting
Tuesday, July 12, 2005
Minutes
The meeting was called to order by President
Stephen Thomas at 7:45 p.m. Those present included Trustee
Diana Nazelli and Clerk Elizabeth Boles.
MINUTES: The minutes from
the last meeting were read and corrected. A motion was made,
seconded, and unanimously passed to accept the minutes as corrected.
OLD BUSINESS
BRICK ROAD PROJECT:
- Trustee Nazelli reported the McMillans who live
at 541 Falls Road had a meeting with Jimmy Knight of Cioffi
about the clean-up of their property. The McMillans are
feeling better about this problem which is going to be resolved.

TOWN HALL RENTALS:
- President Thomas reported he talked with Ellen
Hunt about the two possible Town Hall rentals: Chagrin
Valley Chamber Orchestra and Artist Sophie Pace.
TOWN HALL STUDY & RENOVATIONS:
- Clerk Boles located the Utility Easement letter.

NEW BUSINESS
2006 TOWNSHIP BUDGET:
- Clerk Boles passed out copies of the 2006 Budget.
(see file) After some discussion, the Trustees unanimously adopted
the 2006 Budget. Clerk Boles will submit it to the Cuyahoga
County Budget Commission.
FUNDS FOR TOWN HALL RENOVATIONS:
- The Trustees discussed different possibilities
of obtaining funds to cover the costs of the Town Hall renovations.
They unanimously agreed that Mrs. Pat Loy, who is knowledgeable
about public funds, should be consulted so the Trustees can
proceed in the Town Hall renovations.
TOWNSHIP AUDIT COMMITTEE:
- Clerk Boles will ask the State Auditor’s
office if the members of the Township Audit Committee (Mrs.
Loy, Mrs. Magill, & Mrs. Nichols)
can be paid for their time.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
