Chagrin Falls Township Trustees Meeting
Tuesday, July 26, 2005
Minutes

 

The meeting was called to order by President Stephen Thomas at 7:35 p.m.  Those present included Trustee Jeff Homans and Clerk Elizabeth Boles.

MINUTES:  The minutes from the last meeting were read.  A motion was made, seconded and unanimously passed to accept the minutes as read.

FINANCIAL REPORT:  The Trustees acknowledged receipt of the financial report for the month of June from the Clerk.  A copy of the report is attached to these minutes.

OLD BUSINESS

BRICK ROAD PROJECT:  No report.

TOWN HALL RENTALS:  No report.

TOWN HALL MAINTENANCE:  No report.

TOWN HALL STUDY & RENOVATIONS: 

  • Clerk Boles reported she has met with Mrs. Pat Loy about possible ways of funding the Town Hall renovations. 
  • Mrs. Loy gave a good suggestion of restructuring the monthly financial print-out.

There was no new business.

The meeting was unanimously adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
