The meeting was called to order by President Stephen Thomas at 7:35 p.m. those present included Trustee Diana Nazelli, Trustee Jeff Homans and Clerk Elizabeth Boles.

MINUTES: The minutes from the last meeting were read and corrected. A motion was made, seconded, and unanimously passed to accept the minutes as corrected.

FINANCIAL REPORT: The Trustees acknowledged receipt of the September 2004 Financial Statement as prepared by Clerk Elizabeth Boles. A detailed report is on file in the Township office.

OLD BUSINESS

BRICK ROAD PROJECT:
• The Trustees reported the work is progressing and concrete is being laid.

TOWN HALL RENTALS: No report.

TOWN HALL MAINTENANCE: No report.

TOWN HALL STUDY & RENOVATIONS:
• Trustee Nazelli reported that C.F. Councilman Dwight Milko suggested the Trustees go to an open council meeting and ask to be put on the agenda to discuss Town Hall renovations and present plan for obtaining Federal Funds for the project.
• President Thomas told Trustee Nazelli he has a possible grant source for the project.

TOWNSHIP WEBSITE:
• President Thomas reported Mike Bellah is continuing to work out the website glitches.

COMPREHENSIVE ZONING PLAN:
• Trustee Homans reported the Township Zoning Commission will be meeting on 10/21 at 7:30 p.m.

DEER TRAPS: No report.

SECOND DRIVEWAY ON 504 NORTH MAIN STREET:
• Trustee Homans reported the Chagrin River Watershed Partners are continuing to monitor the possible erosion and drainage issues from putting in the second driveway.
• Trustee Nazelli reported that Falls Road residents The Kuivilas and the Wilsons have questions concerning the property split, drainage, property lines and what impact this will have on their properties. They have been advised on what their options are.

NEW BUSINESS
There was no new business.

A motion was made, seconded and unanimously passed to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m.
