The meeting was called to order by President Stephen Thomas at 7:40 p.m. Those present included Trustee Diana Nazelli, Trustee Jeff Homans, and Clerk Elizabeth Boles.

MINUTES: The minutes from the last meeting were read. A motion was made, seconded, and unanimously passed to accept the minutes as read.

FINANCIAL REPORT: The Trustees acknowledged receipt of the October 2004 Financial statement as prepared by Clerk Elizabeth Boles. A detailed report is on file in the Township office.

OLD BUSINESS

BRICK ROAD:
• Trustee Homans reported he would find out if there were any plans for completely bricking the lower part of Falls Road before winter.

TOWN HALL RENTALS: No report.

TOWN HALL MAINTENANCE:
• Trustee Nazelli announced that Town Hall Handyman Joseph Kocheff may be able to attend the next meeting.

TOWN HALL STUDY & RENOVATIONS:
• Trustee Nazelli reported she e-mailed two letters – one to LaTourette’s office and one to C.F. Village Mayor & Council explaining why she is on the 11/22 Village Council Meeting agenda.

COMPREHENSIVE ZONING PLAN: No report.

SECOND DRIVEWAY ON 504 NORTH MAIN STREET:
• It was announced there will be a Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting on 11/11/04 at 7:30p.m. to discuss 504 North Main Street second driveway.
• The Trustees are planning to attend this meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

CHAGRIN FALLS HISTORICAL SOCIETY:
• Trustee Nazelli announced she will be the guest speaker at the 11/18/04 Chagrin Falls Historical Society Meeting. She will be discussing the plans for Town Hall.
• She would like her honorarium to go to the Town Hall.

The meeting was unanimously adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
