p.m. Those present included Trustee Diana Nazelli, Trustee Jeff
Homans, the Village Blacksmith Ken Roby, and Clerk Elizabeth Boles.
TOWNSHIP SIGNS:
· Mr. Roby passed around books with photos of his work. The
Trustees discussed different ideas for the new signs and all agreed
that an image of Township Hall should be on the sign.
· Mr. Roby will make a presentation of his idea at a future
meeting.
· The Trustees thanked Mr. Roby for coming to the meeting.
MINUTES:
· The minutes from the last meeting were read. A motion was
made, seconded and unanimously passed to accept the minutes as read.
FINANCIAL REPORT:
· Clerk Boles presented the Trustees with a newly formatted
financial report that includes two new columns: “Expected

the Year”.
· President Thomas told Clerk Boles he was looking for more
detail and would prefer to have the money not divided into the four
funds.
· Clerk Boles suggested the itemized sheets she puts together
every year before completing the yearly Township Budget. The Trustees
looked at the latest one and agreed this is closer to what they
are looking for.
· Trustee Nazelli borrowed the itemized sheets for the 2006
Budget to transfer them to the computer and mail them to the Trustees
so they all will have a copy.
· There was a discussion about going back to the old financial
report format or using the new one. President Thomas suggested using
the old format but Trustee Homans said the new format has more information
and will be more useful. The Trustees agreed they would like Clerk
Boles to use the new format.
· The October 2005 monthly financial report is attached to
these minutes.

their work on Town Hall.

steps on the Village gazebo. His estimate for working on the Town
Hall steps and putting in a railing is $1,900.00. Mr. Medhurst of
Medhurst Mason Contracting quote for doing the steps with no railing
is $1,800.00. A motion was made, seconded and passed with one abstention
(President Thomas abstained) to hire Mr. Tony Russell to do the
steps and railing.
TOWN HALL RENOVATIONS:
· No report.
BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MEMBERS:
