Falls Township Trustees Meeting
Tuesday, December 21, 2004
Minutes
The meeting was called to order by President
Stephen Thomas at 7:40 p.m. Those present included Trustee Diana
Nazelli and Clerk Elizabeth Boles.
MINUTES: The minutes from the last meeting
were read and corrected. A motion was made, seconded and unanimously
passed to accept the minutes as corrected. The Clerk will put the
corrected minutes on the website.
OLD BUSINESS
BRICK ROAD PROJECT:
• Trustee Nazelli reported Township resident Margaret Wilson
has a concern about the mail delivery which has become a problem
because the mailboxes are not easily accessible. Trustee Nazelli
will speak to the Road workers about this problem.
TOWN HALL RENTALS:
• Mr. Alisdaire Cooper from the C.V. Jaycees told President
Thomas there is a potential Town Hall renter who has asked the Jaycees
to underwrite his rental fee.
• Mr. Cooper asked Pres. Thomas if the repairs that were made
on the indoor railings to the men’s room by the Jaycees would
pay for this rental instead of the Jaycees underwriting the rental.
• There will be more information coming.
TOWN HALL MAINTENANCE: No report.
TOWN HALL STUDY & RENOVATIONS:
• Trustee Nazelli reported all the letters have been sent to
elected officials.
• During 2005, Trustee Nazelli will look actively for donations.
• Trustee Nazelli’s talk at the Historical Society was
very well received.

FOLTZ:
• President Thomas reported a meeting has been called by the
Ass’t County Prosecutor Barbara Marburger to discuss the Appeal.
• President Stephen Thomas, BZA Chairman Loyal Wilson, and
BZA member Edgar Boles have been asked to attend.
• The meeting will be held on 1/6/05 at Ms. Marburger’s
office.
LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL FUNDS MEETING:
• The emergency session of the State Legislators in Columbus
has been postponed until 1/10/05.
RESOLUTION 2004-02:
• President Thomas moved to adopt Resolution 2004-02, which
is the Revisions to the 2004 Appropriation Measure (see attached).
Trustee Nazelli seconded the motion. The Resolution 2004-02 was
unanimously adopted.
RESOLUTION 2004-03:
• Trustee Nazelli moved to adopt Resolution 2004-03, which
is the 2004 Appropriation Ordinance (see attached). President Thomas
seconded the motion. The Resolution 2004-03 was unanimously adopted.
IN MEMORIUM:
• A motion was made, seconded, and unanimously passed to donate
$100.00 in Bob Roeder’s memory to the Chagrin Falls Historical
Society.
A motion was made, seconded and unanimously
passed to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 p.m.
